Open Doors have been commissioned to trial our Tenancy Awareness Course with Students and their Private Sector Landlords early in 2017.
Having designed and created a Tenancy awareness course which is successfully delivered in the Public Sector we will use this as the basis for specialised training sessions to suit the particular requirements of Students and their Landlords. OpenDoors Housing are in the process of making a number of informative videos in Brighton to support students at their own convinience.
The courses and videos will result in fewer disputes between Students and their Landlords, lower arrears for landlords, and better living standards for tenants.
